- Provide a reference listing of any South African Surname Projects.
- Promote and encourage more users to contribute to the Surname Projects.
How to participate:
- Want to showcase your family Surname Project? Please add them here - use the Requeest to Collabota button at the top right drop down menu - (& don't forget to also add your surname as a tag to this project's tag list when you're finished).
Things to consider when building your project:
- Name your project with the main letter in the surname: ie: Rather 'Hennings family of South Africa' than 'The Hennings family..' It is easier to find in an alphabetical list.
- If you're stuck faced with a blank page - here is a template you can play around with.
- Importantly - make sure your project includes a Jump Back to link to here, and to the Welkom Cuzzins page - or nobody else will know to go and look at your project. (And add your surname into both projects' text, please.)
