Ben straightened out a real mess for me where somehow (merges?) three different men by the same name (father, son and cousin) were seemingly married to the same woman.It seems the son and cousin did have wives by the same name (cousins?) but to further confuse the issue their children had become mixed together. Ben was able to straighten out the families when I was unable to get into the locked profiles. I simply told him the one branch I had records for and he pulled them out and linked them appropriately. He even got it done overnight. Ben was wonderful – so helpful and efficient and nice too!
