How to print full family tree poster

Hi,
I'm trying to print poster of my whole family tree. The tree poster shows only the siblings and parents of the person in focus. It does not include parent's siblings and their children to be in the tree. I'm unable to customize this portion.
Does anybody have an answer, please help.

Did you find the answer for this? Please share it if you do. I asked customer service and they were of no help. they just pointed me back to the online help which does not have this information

Geni is tied in with TreeSeek, which specializes in creating family tree charts. Perhaps that will solve your issue.

I tried to import the data into treeseek from Geni, but it only imported one generation. Just 5 out of the 70 names in the tree were imported. What am I missing?

The site seems to be set up for a maximum 10 generations.
I do not know how far it fans out.

When I tried my family, it branched out to both Maternal and Paternal ancestors, but no siblings, and descendants. The "Cloud" tree is cool as a family logo.
