King Aegon Targaryen, the First of His Name, known to later generations as Aegon the Conqueror, was born in 27 BC on Dragonstone, Blackwater Bay, Westeros. His parents were Aerion Targaryan, Lord of Dragonstone and Lady Valaena Velaryon. He was King of All Westeros, Shield of His People, King of the Andals, the Rhoynar, and the First Men, Lord of the Seven Kingdoms, Protector of the Realm, Lord of Dragonstone.

Aegon married his sister Visenya Targaryen and together they had King Maegor Targaryan.

Aegon also married his sister Queen Rhaenys Targaryan and together they had Aenys Targaryan.

He died in 37 AC on Dragonstone, Blackwater Bay, Westeros from stroke and was cremated.
