Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Seven Dolors Catholic Church for Andrew Forster, 80, who died Tuesday at Mother of Mercy Nursing Home.
Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Friends may call one hour before services Saturday at the church in Albany.
Arrangements were made by Brenny Funeral Home, Albany.
Andrew Forster was born in Albany to John and Theresa (Solinger) Forster. He married Hilda VanHeel on April 6, 1942, in St. Francis. He was a member of Seven Dolors Catholic Church and St. Joseph's Catholic Aid Society. He was a past member of Knights of Columbus and the Moose Lodge in Waite Park. He drove truck for many years, then began as a maintenance worker for the city of Albany in 1975. He retired in 1985.
He was preceded in death by his son, Kenny; and brothers and sisters, Medard Sr., Roman Sr., Eleanor, Hildegard and Lena.
