A. C. HOTELLING DIES SATURDAY

Funeral Services For Native Of County To Be Tuesday

Andrew C. Hotelling, 91, of Carey, died in Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay, Saturday evening. He had resided at the Indian Trail Nursing Home and was taken to the hospital Saturday afternoon. Born March 5, 1878 in Wyandot County, he was the son of Charles and Elizabeth (Long) Hotelling. He married Myrtle Baughman on Dec. 31, 1901 and she preceded him in death. Surviving are a son, Melvin, Carey; daughters, Mrs. Neil Patterson, Carey; and Mrs. H. F. Maddy, Crestline; a brother Elza (Joe) Hotelling, Upper Sandusky; 21 grandchildren; 64 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. Two sons, a daughter, five brothers and six sisters are deceased. Funeral services are to be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the Bristoll Funeral Home in Carey. The Rev. David Cole will officiate. Burial is to be made in Zion bloom Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home anytime.
