NOTE: Elizabeth Franklin was a witness on Joseph Kirby and Lucy Payne's Marriage certificate on 15 october 1857. Turns out she was eldest daughter of Thomas Payne, therefore her maiden name was Payne and in 1861 she lived next to her father. However it would appear that she had moved away from Moreton in Marsh then moved back because of the birth places of her children.
