Captain Hugh Lee, a former Master of the Lord Leycester Hospital, has died age 89.

The former naval officer, who ran the shelter for ex-servicemen for 24 years from 1968, died on March 31. National newspaper The Times paid tribute to his astonishing career last Thursday (April 27).
