Mario Grech (20 February 1957) is a Maltese prelate who became Bishop of Gozo in 2005. He was Pro-Secretary General of the Synod of Bishops from October 2019 until he became Secretary General in September 2020.

Pope Francis raised him to the rank of cardinal on 28 November 2020.

Mario was born and baptised in Qala, Gozo to George and Stella. His family moved to Ta' Kerċem when Grech was a young boy.
