Cherrie J. Kahn

Cherrie J. (Blackerby) Kahn, age 81, of Dayton Ohio, passed away on Friday April 7th, 2017 peacefully at home surrounded by her family, after an extended illness. She graduated from University of Dayton. Cherrie was a school teacher over 20 years, she was a member of Happy Corner Church of the Brethren. She was a loving sister, wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her 3 daughters: Leslie Kahn Snow (Gary), Sharon Kahn Goldstein (Joshua), Robin Kahn Warshauer (Gary), sisters: Nancy Barnhart (Robert), Georgia Davis (William), 5 grandchildren and 2 great grand children. She was preceded in death by her husband of 29 years, Irvin A. Kahn, and parents Jesse and Cherrie Blackerby. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd., Englewood). Burial following, at Royal Oak Memorial Garden, Brookville.
