MRS. JOE HEEMSTRA DIES IN SIOUX CITY HOSPITAL Word was received here of the death of Mrs. Joe Heemstra of Orange City in a Sioux City hospital. She had been operated (on) for Mastoid and infection in the blood stream followed, causing her death. Mrs. Heemstra was well known in this community. She made her home on a farm near Hospers for a number of years, having recently moved to Orange City. She leaves to mourn a family of nine children four of whom are still at home. Funeral services were held Monday at the Trintiy Ref. church at Orange City. Interment was made in the Hospers cemetery
