WALTHAM, Mass., March 16 /PRNewswire/ -- The Lewis brothers -- Olympic athlete Carl and former collegiate soccer standout Cleveland -- will be together here March 27 for Cleveland's induction into Brandeis University's new Athletic Hall of Fame.
Before playing professional soccer with the New York Cosmos, Cleveland Lewis, Brandeis Class of 1978, played four years of soccer at Brandeis and was an All-American and All New England performer. He set the school's all-time scoring record with 58 goals, and was named MVP of the 1976 NCAA Division III national championship game won by Brandeis. He was captain of the first national championship team in the history of the University. (3)
