Dan Pat Holden

Dan Pat Holden was born on June 15, 1910 in Fredricksburg, Gillespie Co., Texas. Hazel Grace Brunson was born March 2, 1924 in Glenrose, Texas. Dan Pat and Hazel were married on March 26, 1936. After Hazel's mother died, she and her siblings moved from Glenrose to Aransas Pass to live with their Grandparents. Hazel's Aunt Gracie (who was married to Dan Pat's brother ), introduced the two of them. Hazel and Dan Pat had 4 children: Hazel Merlea,Daniel Perry, Gary Ray, and Patricia Lynn.

Dan Pat Holden was one of six children born to Henry Levi Holden and Sarah Senora Larrimore. He was born in Fredricksburg, Texas on June 15, 1910. He married Hazel Grace Brunson on March 26, 1938. He and his family moved to Pensacola, Florida in 1957, where he worked on the dredge boats and shrimp boats in the Gulf Of Mexico. He also drove a taxicab. He and Hazel were the parents of four children. He died on Oct 16, 1990 at the age of 80 years, in Pensacola, Florida. Dan Pat Holden is buried at Bayview Cemetery in Escambia County, Pensacola, Florida.
