Major David Sebag-Montefiore was born on 17 November 1924.1 He is the son of Colonel Thomas Henry Sebag-Montefiore and Irene Catherine Cohen.1 He married Juliet Nadine Marcelle Raphael, daughter of Geoffrey George Raphael and Nancy Jeanette May Rose, on 17 August 1955.1

He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He was educated at Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.1 He was educated at Lackham School of Agriculture.1 He was commander of the Rocket Troops.1 He lived in 1965 at Church House, Shrewton, Salisbury, Wiltshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the Royal Artillery.1
