Isaac BURR (Joseph, Thomas, Benjamin, Unknown) was born in 1736. He died on 1 Mar 1830 in Comac, L.I..
Isaac settled at Comac, L.I., a small village in the southeastern part of Huntington township, where he owned and occupied a large farm of 166 acres. He married the daughter of one of the largest landowners of Huntington. He was overseer of highways, 1771, 1773, 1775, 1788, 1789 and was often chosen executor of estates.

In the book "A general history of the Burr Family" by Charles Burr Todd, the father of Isaac Burr's wife Mary (Baldwin) Burr is given as Sylvester Baldwin:
" (Isaac Burr) Settled at Commack, a small village in the southeastern part of Huntington Twp., Long Island, where he owned and operated a large farm. He m. Dec 1st 1763 Mary Baldwin, dau. of Sylvester Baldwin, one of the largest landholders of Huntington".
