About Edith Elnora Romine
Edith E. Romine, 88, of Wellman, died Sunday, May 16, 1999, in Parkview Manor following a brief illness.
Services are 10 A.M. Saturday, May 22, in Powell Funeral Home, Wellman, with Beth Miller officiating. There will be no visitation. Her body will be cremated and burial of the remains will be in Wassonville Cemetery near Wellman.
Born March 27, 1911, in Wellman, she was the daughter of Glenn and Emma (Perrin) Allen. She attended school in Wellman and married Harold Lee Romine July 26, 1930, in Wellman.
Mrs. Romine was a homemaker and lived her entire life in Wellman. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband in 1958, one daughter, Betty Frantz, four brothers and two sisters.
Memorials may be made to Parkview Manor Chaplaincy Program.
Powell Funeral Home, Wellman, in charge of arrangements.
