MEMORIAL PHOTOS 3 FLOWERS 1 Edna Florence Phelps of the Malvin Hill community in Pulaski County, Kentucky, died at the Somerset City Hospital after a short illness. She was 64 years old.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of the White Lily Baptist Church.

She was survived by her husband, Lester B. Phelps (married September 9, 1931); her son, Arnold Ray Phelps of Cincinnati, Ohio; her brother, Lincoln Meece of Somerset, Kentucky; her sisters, Effie Childers of Somerset, Kentucky and Emma Loine Lykins of Somerset, Kentucky; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew Meece and Ida (Cummins) Meece.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, November 30, 1974 at the chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Brother Edward Bradley and Brother Lonnie Meece officiating.
