About Felix E. Bissing
Felix E. Bissing, 81, Prairie Acres, died Sunday, Sept. 30 at St. Anthony Hospital.
A lifetime Hays resident, he owned and operated the Classic Clothing Store for many years.
He was born Jan. 6, 1898 in Hays, the son of Alex and Amelia (Giebler) Bissing.
He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Survivors: two sons, Norman and Don, both of Hays; three sisters, Mrs. Lawrence (Felicitas) Gallagher and Mrs. Robert (Lidwina) Brungardt, both of Hays, and Mrs. Zita McKee of Des Moines, Iowa; two grandchildren.
Services were at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Joseph Church, with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery.
