Irma Jane (Carter) Moyer, 80, of Gilbertsville, wife of Paul W. Moyer for 62 years, passed away Monday at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center. Born in Washington D.C., she was the daughter of the late Charles E. and Lena M. (Stewart) Carter. Jane was a graduate of the class of 1950 at Pottstown High School and was a member of Falkner Swamp Reformed Church of the United Church of Christ in Gilbertsville. Jane worked as secretary with her husband's home building business, Paul W. Moyer & Sons, Inc. since 1954. The center of her life was her home and family. She was a talented seamstress and homemaker. Her greatest joy was family gatherings and trips to Sullivan County.
