Isabel Sowden married Christopher Lupton on 23 December 1594 at the Church of Saint Andrew in Keighley, Yorkshire, England. Mother of five children. She was probably buried on 2 June 1634 in Saint Andrew's Churchyard in Keighley, Yorkshire, England ("Wedow Lupton of Thawites" [Thwaites, near Keighley]).
