Janet Irene McCain

JANET IRENE KOPA, 66, died Friday in her home in Homeland. Born in Riverside, Mrs. Kopa lived in Homeland 22 years.

She graduated from Perris High School in 1955.

Mrs. Kopa was a member of the Elsinore Elks.

She is survived by her her husband, George; four daughters, Toni Brown of Nevada, Nani Phoenix of West Covina, Nohea Knoll of Lake Arrowhead and Keli of Temecula; a son, Phillip Gasaway of Lucerne Valley; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two brothers, Ray McCain and Roy McCain, both of Romoland; and three sisters, Phyllis Ray of Sun City, Dorothy Duncan of Arkansas and Joyce Center of Riverside.

Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Evans-Brown Sun City Mortuary.
