About Jerome Kellogg

Jerome and Miles are Methodists.

Jerome served in the U. S. Navy.

Jerome was the first person to teach Deborah Carol Boyd how to drive an automobile (in his yellow V. W. “Bug”).

Jerome's obituary reads as follows:

I Am Not Alone

I am not alone I have the Lord on my side, 'Cause all my sins are forgiven That is why Jesus Christ died.

He died for the wicked world of sin Thousands of Christians lived for Him long ago, I love Jesus, Who is our Savior I pray to Him with all my heart and soul.

Let not your heart be troubled Forgive them that sin against you, There are so many people that are lost Pray for them, this is what Jesus would do.

Read your Bible daily, and pray every day Give your heart to Jesus, He will show you the way. When things go wrong, this makes the Devil glad Keep faith, and Jesus in your heart This will make the Devil mad.

Live one day at a time, and pray morning and night Give thanks unto the Lord, Let Him be your Guiding Light, Jesus is so wonderful, He loves His children, and those that have roamed, I thank the Lord He is with me, You see, I AM NOT ALONE.
