• In his will Samuel Turner gave 1 shilling to the following sons: William, Samuel, John, Henry, Nicholas, Joshua, Joseph and Roalin
• and to the following daughters: Esther Button, Sarah Davis, Mary Davis, Judith Smith and Abbagail Parker.
• To daughter Turner Smith the tract called Turners Beginning containing 68 acres and the remainder of real and personal estate, which I have not already disposed of, provided that she and her husband Archibald Smith maintain my wife Sarah Turner during her natural life of widowhood.
