WIKI
Not very keen fan of Dutch.
I created the DIDORO METO' sacred dance to commemorate 15 of his [fallen?] elite warriors at Sitokepyak jungle in Rembang area, when only 85 elite warriors won combat against 200 VOC troops, 400 Hamengkubuwono soldiers and 400 Pakubuwono III soldiers.
Also defeated two VOC detachments of VOC lead by Capt. Van Der Poll and Capt. Beimen. taking Capt. van Der Poll's head as a wedding gift for Mbok Ajeng Wiyah.
Constructed a mosque in Gadja Tunggal later namer Kampong Dulang. Was elected the Sultan of Jelebu (Pangeran Arya Adipati Mangkunegara) from my wikipedia entry at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mangkunegaran
Kanjeng Gusti Pangeran Adipati Arya Mangkunegara I (nama lahir Raden Mas Said, lahir di Kartasura, 7 April 1725 – meninggal di Surakarta, 23 Desember 1795 pada umur 70 tahun) adalah pendiri Praja Mangkunegaran, sebuah kadipaten agung di Jawa bagian tengah selatan, dan Pahlawan Nasional Indonesia. Ayahnya bernama Pangeran Arya Mangkunegara dari Kartasura dan ibunya bernama R.A. Wulan[butuh rujukan].
Julukan Pangeran Sambernyawa diberikan oleh Nicolaas Hartingh, perwakilan VOC[butuh rujukan], karena di dalam peperangan R.M. Said selalu membawa kematian bagi musuh-musuhnya.

History
Part of the armed forces of Surakarta were under the command of the Mangku Negoro (also spelled Mangkunegara). In February 1757 rebellious Raden Mas Said submitted his army to Pakubuwono III and sworeallegiance to the rulers of Surakarta, Yogyakarta, and the Dutch East Indies Company. As a compensation he received a hereditary appanage of 4000 households on Surakarta territory. His dalem (palace)was built in the city of Surakarta. Raden Mas Said (Mangku Negoro I (1757-’96)) was paid by the V.O.C. until the end of the 18th century. In the time of the Batavian Republic the corps was refounded in 1803. It was named the “Legion of the Mangku Negoro” by Daendels in 1808. As a result of the surrender to the English the Legion was disbanded on 17 September 1811 but re-established on 13 Februari 1812.
The Legion fought in the Java wars (1825 -’30) and in Aceh (1873-’74). It was valued to be one of the best corpses of Java and served to suppress insurrections in 1921 and in 1926. After WWII the Legion was revived again in 1949 with the name of Territoriaal Bataljon Soerakarta. It was transferred to the Republic in 1950. 3
