About Layman Wallace Amos

Funeral services for Layman W. Amos, of St. Louis, who died Tuesday in a Rochester, Minn., hospital, will be conducted Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Marys Catholic Church here. Father Edgar J. Cyr will be in charge. Burial will be in the Elm Ridge Mausoleum.

Mr. Amos, a former Muncie resident, was a veteran of the World War. The Last Man's Club, founded here from old Company G, will give a military salute at the burial.

Mr. Amos is survived by his widow, Mrs. Edna Amos; the parents, Mr. and Mrs. E.G. Amos of near Greensburg; a brother, Gordon Amos of Greensburg; four sisters, Mrs. Park Foster of Manila, Ind., Mrs. Gifford Pleake and Mrs. Lowell Moore of Greensburg, and Mrs. Kenneth Wertz of Knightstown.
