Debate Regarding Wife or Wives

There is considerable debate as to whether Thomas Bradford had one, two or three wives. Candidates are (1) Anna Fitch (Daughter of Rev. James Fitch); (2) Ann Smith (daughter of Rev. Nehemiah Smith) and/or (3) Ann Smith Raymond (daughter of Joshua Raymond and grand daughter of Rev. Nehemiah Smith).

It seems likely that Ann Smith and Ann Smith Raymond are one and the same -- that is Ann Smith Raymond (daughter of Joshua Raymond and grand daughter of Rev. Nehemiah Smith[1]

A fourth alternative is Anne Raymond, daughter of Joshua and Elizabeth (Smith) Raymond.)[2] This Anne Raymond seems to have been the daughter of Ann Smith Raymond.[3]
