Lizzie Eshleman

Mrs. Lizzie F. Shenk Eshleman, eighty-seven, widow of David F. Eshleman, died at 3:15 a.m. yesterday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Amos K. Stauffer, Centerville Road, Lancaster R1, East Hempfield Twp., after nine months' illness. Born in Manor Twp., she was a daughter of the late Isaac and Sarah Frey Shenk and resided at Central Manor her entire life except for the past nine months. She was a member of the Central Manor Church of God and was active in church work until becoming ill. Surviving are these children: Mrs. Cora Harris, Millersville, Ada, wife of Naham Reicahrd, Lancaster; Harvey S. Eshleman, Washington Boro; Ira S. Eshleman, Lancaster R2, and Lillie E., wife of Amos K. Stauffer, with whom she resided. Ten grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
