Lord Charles Graham, 3rd Viscount Preston was born on the 25th of March 1706. He was the son of Edward Graham, 2nd Viscount Preston and Mary Dalton. He married Anne Cox, daughter of Thomas Cox. He died on 22 February 1739 at age 32, without issue. He succeeded to the title of 5th Baronet Graham, of Esk, Cumberland in 1710. He succeeded to the title of 3rd Viscount Preston the same year. He succeeded to the title of 3rd Lord Graham of Esk the same year.1 On his death, his Lordship and Viscountancy became extinct.
