Lucile was born June 2, 1904, in South Shore, S.D., to William and Fredericka Springborn Peetsch. She was baptized as an infant Dec. 17, 1905, at the Evangelical Lutheran Church, South Shore, S.D. She was confirmed April 20, 1941, at the Little Sioux Valley Lutheran Church near Rembrandt. She was united in marriage to Harry Thomas Tedemanson Oct. 14, 1925, in Linn Grove. To this union were born two children — Doris Irene and Norman Wayne. Lucile and Harry spent their entire married life on a farm south of Rembrandt. Shortly after Harry's death July 10, 1967, Lucile moved to Rembrandt. She participated in various activities of Our Savior's Lutheran Church and was a volunteer in the snack bar at the Buena Vista County Hospital, Storm Lake, for many years. Lucile moved to Methodist Manor, Storm Lake, in 1982, where she resided until her death. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two brothers — William Carl and Arthur; a sister —- Agnes Taylor; a halfbrother — Harry Peetsch; a halfsister — Elsie Pietsch; and a granddaughter—Linda Tedemanson.
