Marcia M Kuebelbeck

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 on Friday, September 30, 2022 at the Saint Joseph Catholic Church in St Joseph for Marcia Kuebelbeck, age 92 of St Joseph who passed away peacefully on Saturday September 3rd, 2022 at her home with family at her side. Inurnment will be in the Saint Joseph North Cemetery after the Mass with a meal provided in the Saint Joseph gathering place. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at the St Joseph Catholic Church.

Born on March 7th, 1930 and raised during the Great Depression, she was an inspiration to all of us. College graduate from St Cloud State University.

Married to Albert ( Abbie) Kuebelbeck September 1st, 1951. She was a wonderful mother, career public school teacher, business woman, equal rights activist, advocate for the poor, open minded, progressive, a gardener, nature lover and a talented quilter. She was always actively involved and devoted to her faith and the Catholic Church, whether it be at St Joseph Catholic Church, Saint John’s Parish, or at Saint Benedict’s Convent Church where she was an Oblate.

She will be dearly missed by all. She is survived by her children, Albert, Cynthia of (CA) , Timothy, Philip, Virginia, Gregory, Douglas (CA), and Mary (WA). 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters; Rosemarie Gleich (MT) and Sister Theresa Lodermeier OSB.

She was preceded in death by her husband Abbie in 2001; and siblings; Esther Doty, Delores Phillipps, Kay Dierkhising, Bill Lodermeier, Virgil Lodermeier, and Leon Lodermeier.
