"Marie Little Rogers Graveside services for Marie Rogers, 86, of Rockdale were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 27, 2002, in Gause Cemetery in Gause with Rev. Calvin Springer of Rockdale Full Gospel Church and Minister Bill Whaley of Murray St. Church of Christ officiating. Mrs. Rogers died Tuesday, June 25, at her home in Rockdale. A resident of Rockdale for 49 years, she was born Aug. 12, 1915, in Gustine to Lemuel and Sarah (Reveile) Little. She married Tom Rogers on Oct. 20, 1934, in Gause. Mrs. Rogers was a homemaker. Preceding her in death were her husband, Tom Rogers, on Oct. 2, 1982; two sons, Charlie and Joe Rogers; a sister, Zena Wilson; and four brothers, Roy, Elmer, Brady and Frank Little. Survivors are a son, Bennie Rogers and wife Elizabeth of Rockdale; a daughter, Betty Brown and husband Billy Joe of Rockdale; seven grandchildren, Randall Brown and wife Hilda, Teresa Brown, Gregg Brown and wife Robin, Cole Rogers and wife Julie, Tami Bounds and husband Lee, Waylon Rogers and wife Tammy, Kelley Schultz and husband Randy; four step-grandchildren, Jonilyn Coldiron, Billy Morosko, Leslie Rose and Amy Rose Mangram; and 10 great-grandchildren, Emily Brown, Kenna Jo Bounds, Rhett Schultz, Matthew Rogers, Raymond Joseph Brown, Jill Jaecks, Marlee Rose, Chelsey Akin, Devin Akin and Autumn Akin." http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=42092577
