She died on November 15, 1959, in Holcomb, Finney County, Kansas, United States.

Murder Victim. She was murdered, along with her father Herb Clutter, her mother Bonnie Mae and brother Kenyon, by two paroled ex-convicts in their home in Holcomb, Kansas in November 1959.
