About Paul Kaczmarek
Paul Kaczmarek was one of the thirteen Polish pioneer families that settled St. Hedwig. His spouse was Franciska (Francis) Walura Kaczmarek.
They must have arrived in Texas prior to 1860 since their daughter Julia (born in 1860 is born in Texas); also the 1860 census indicates that they were already in Bexar County in 1860.
