Queen Alys Harroway was born circa 20 in Harroway, Riverlands, Westeros. Her father was Lord Lucas Harroway. She was Maegor's second Queen.

Alys married Maegor the Cruel in 39 in Dragonstone, Blackwater Bay, Westeros. Together they had one stillborn child.

Accused of infidelity Alys was tortured for a fortnight before she died. After her death, Alys body was cut into seven parts and mounted on spikes above the seven gates of King's Landing.
