Rachel Knox

Rachel is the daughter of James Freeland (b.1690) and Sarah Watson (d.1760). Her father who was born in Ireland immigrated to Massachusetts in 1718.

Rachel married the surveyor John Knox on September 28th, 1741 in Hopkinton, Middlesex Co., Massachusetts.

Between 1742 and 1761 they had 5 boys and 7 girls named: William, Henry, Jane, John, Elizabeth, Rachel, Mary, Sarah, James, Hannah, Eleanor and Elijah.
