                           Robert H. Freeh,– age 73 of Maynardville, passed away at 9:25 p.m. on Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Tennova Residential Hospice following a brief battle with cancer.  <br/>Mr. Freeh was a member of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Mission, Holy Ghost Catholic Church and also attended St. Albert the Great Catholic Church.  He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and was a retired mechanical engineer with the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA).  He enjoyed both gardening and traveling and completed a visit to all fifty states in September 2012.  <br/>Preceded in death by his father and mother, William H. Freeh and Mary Agnes Moninghoff Freeh and a sister, Carol Matthias.  <br/>He is survived by his loving wife of fifty-one years, Helen Freeh; Son, Jan R. Freeh; daughter, Nadine Freeh; brother and sister-in-law, James and Arlene Freeh; step-sister, Dorothy Souder; special friends, John, Marsha, and Mike Self.  <br/>A funeral mass will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at Holy Ghost Catholic Church officiated by Reverend Steve Pawelk and Reverend John A. Orr.  <br/>Interment will follow in Lynnhurst Cemetery with military honors presented by the Tennessee National Guard.  <br/>In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Mission Building Fund or to Catholic Charities of East Tennessee.  <br/>The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary.  <br/>Online condolences may be extended at www.rosemortuary.com.  <br/>Arrangements by Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel in Knoxville.
