~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Robert Overand, McGregor, Dies McGregor - Robert Edward Overand Sr., McGregor, died in a Temple hospital at 9:55 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral services will be at Lee's Chapel in McGregor at 3 p.m. Thursday. Rev. Dewey Baldwin will officiate, burial in Waco Memorial Park.

Mr. Overand had lived in McGregor since he retired as a Humble Oil Co. employee in 1957. He worked in Baytown several years. He married Miss Esther E. Stinson at Stephenville in 1918. Mr. Overand was a World War I veteran and member of College Avenue Baptist Church in McGregor.

Surviving are his wife; two sons, Robert Overand Jr. of 2313 Park in Waco, Floyd Overand of 1021 North Twenty-seventh in Waco; two daughters, Mrs. W. H. Holcomb of Channelview and Mrs. Vernon Niemeier of McGregor; two brothers, I. D. Overand of Highlands and Charles Overand of Rochester; eight grandchildren
