Robin Darlene Fraughnaugh

Robin Darlene DeLoatche, 40, of the 800 block of Rainbow Run, Chesapeake, VA, passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2008, of pneumonia.

Born in Norfolk, VA, Robin was a graduate of Kempsville High school, class of 1985. She was a former Virginia Female Country Music Artist of the Year; the former owner of Robin's Deli Cafe, in Virginia Beach and attended New Life Center Church.

Robin is survived by her daughter, Karlee S. Fraughnaugh, the sunshine of her life; her mother, Trudy DeLoatche; her father, James W. DeLoatche, Jr.; a brother, James W. DeLoatche III, and wife Susan; grandmothers, Margaret DeLoatche and Mary Wendt; two nieces, Kristen and Brooke DeLoatche; and a nephew, James W. DeLoatche IV. She was also blessed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Monday, March 31, 2008, at Atlantic Shores Baptist Church, 1861 Kempsville Road, Virginia Beach, VA US, with Pastor Rob Vincent and Paul Hardy officiating. Burial will follow in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 30, 2008, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel.
