Very curious conflicting information. Rose Steindel was posthumously registered as a Mormon by someone in Oregan. The information attendant to that registration and the SSDI, shows her birth to be Oct. 26, 1890 in Los Angeles. This is not possible because as far as I know her parents never came to America and her brother Morris, who was two years younger was born in Vladnik and came to America in 1912. So it is unlikely that her parents would have given birth to her in LA in 1890 and her brother in Vladnik in 1892. On her SSA she lists her place of birth as Vladnik.
