Steven Van Zandt, also known as Little Steven or Miami Steve, is an American musician, songwriter, arranger, record producer, actor, and radio disc jockey.

In 1999, Van Zandt took one of the core roles in The Sopranos, playing level-headed but deadly mob consigliere and strip club owner Silvio Dante. His wife played his wife.

Lento is his mother’s maiden name. He took the last name of his stepfather, William Van Zandt. His biological father was Vince Borello.

Steven has said: “Though my last name is Dutch, I’m 100 percent Italian”.
