- Theodore was the manager of the Wallack Theater, one of New York City's most prestigious stage venues, which was located at Broadway and Broome Street. His birth and death information are available in his obituary in the New-York Tribune, Tuesday, July 16, 1901, page 9. He also managed the Charity Ball for many years, and was in charge of the reception accorded to the Prince of Wales, when he visited New York City before he became King Edward VII. Theodore's estate was estimated to be valued at $2 million to $5 million.
