Virginia Schneider

Virginia Schneider born Virginia Clancy and fostered out during the depression (After her mother died in her birth.) to the Kelly family in Yonkers had put herself through Long Island College Hospital's nurse training program and became a registered nurse. She put her career aside after marrying Dr. Howard Schneider of Yonkers to raise a family and returned to work at his side after the children had gone off to college.

She is survived by her daughter Deborah Greenhut of New Jersey who has two sons Adam and Nathan and her son David Lyle Schneider of Hong Kong who with Ivy Yew has a son William Howard Schneider named after her father, William Clancy and husband, Howard Schneider.
