May 24, 2003 Karen, My grandmother, Rushie Jarvis, had a brother by the name of William Jarvis. Wm. Jarvis, Sr., was married to Lucretia Arnold and then to an Elsie Ella Eagle, daughter of Joseph Sethas Eagle & Louisa Mae Davis. Derrah Gay (Sutton) Woodrum stated that her Dad had been married to Diedo/Dido Hyer. The only Dido Hyer (b. 25 Aug 1888 - d. 1917) shows that she married Ray Mc Intire. This Dido was the daughter of Sherman Shoemaker Hyer, b. 8 Sept 1856, & Matrtha Susan Frame b. abt 1856. One of this Dido’s brothers was John Sherman Hyer who married Addie Rollins and they were the parents of Madge “Daisy” Hyer b. 26 July 1923, who was a second wife of of Denver “Denny” Eagle.
