Eastside Cemetery is located along the east side of the North Branch Susquehanna River in Afton, Chenango, New York. The cemetery was established in 1803 and was originally named, Early Cemetery as part of the Universalist Church. Today, it's managed by Afton Glenwood Cemetery Association.
