In earliest time there lived in the Souther country A-Ba-Hanna son of Ar-Ra'ayab-Ban-Na ancestor of ka-arra'ib-al also called ka-hanni-ba-al nation living there until today.
After deportation of native americans by assyrians about 800 b.c. and later by babylónians from 654 b.c. some of them seemingly were taken together with euskal herri - sons of Awasheshakalra - from Oaxaca to Europe, and some of them seemingly remained in Meso-America,their ancient homeland.
Therefore I think "basque" Ibarra name comes from this : Ayab-ar-ra - meaning families of carribean origin.
Jews and christian read their names in the Holy Scripture as Bahan,Re'uben and Ishshakar.
